what is the root cause of homelessness?

Root cause is "the inability to pay rent". Rent price is going up, on the other hand, pay check going down. When person's life hit the wall, He or She can not have any option to come and live in the street.

Solution: Any individual with any behavior or lifestyle can be in a place, as long as they can pay the rent. Case can be solved and closed. Rule and policy can be in place.

America created this problem and now cannot fix it. Being able to pay rent is the only solution for homelessness. Before try to criticise other countries, Fix first your own problem and your own crisis.
